ReSpo.Vision launches ReSpo.Recruit to bring objective tracking data into football recruitment decisions

ReSpo.recruit, an api driven recruitment dataset for clubs willing to stay ahead of the curve

We are delighted to announce the launch of ReSpo.Recruit, a new API-first recruitment dataset designed to help football clubs make smarter, lower-risk decisions around player recruitment, retention, and squad planning.

ReSpo.Vision delivers FIFA-certified tracking and physical performance data at scale, generated from single-camera computer vision and made available directly via API. The dataset is built to support the two most valuable decisions clubs make around players: identifying and benchmarking recruitment targets, and protecting the long-term value of players already under contract.

Recruitment decisions increasingly depend on understanding not just what a player does on the ball, but how they move, load, and sustain performance across different contexts. Tracking data enables clubs to assess physical output, intensity profiles, movement patterns, and positional behaviour in a consistent, objective way. With ReSpo.Recruit, clubs gain access to richer tracking signals, including X, Y, Z coordinates, body orientation, and multiple body points per player, enabling more granular evaluation than standard market feeds.

This marks one of the first recruitment-focused datasets in football built entirely around scalable, elite-level tracking data, while being delivered in a format designed for direct integration into club workflows. By offering API-only access, ReSpo.Recruit allows recruitment, performance, and data teams to work from a shared foundation, using the same benchmarks across scouting, medical, and sporting decisions.

ReSpo.Recruit puts trusted physical and movement insights directly into the tools clubs already use. Heads of recruitment can benchmark targets against league and positional profiles, scouts can validate the eye test with objective evidence, and performance staff can assess whether a player’s physical profile fits the club’s playing model and load demands. The dataset also supports continuity across first teams, academies, and loan players, reducing blind spots that often lead to costly mistakes.

ReSpo.Vision CCO David Eccles said:
Recruitment rarely fails because clubs lack opinions. It fails when decisions aren’t grounded in reliable, comparable physical evidence. With ReSpo.Recruit, we wanted to give clubs access to the same level of tracking quality they trust on the pitch, but applied directly to recruitment and asset protection. The goal is not more data, but better decisions.

ReSpo.Recruit enables clubs to evaluate players faster, benchmark more accurately across leagues, and reduce risk around availability, workload tolerance, and return-to-play outcomes. It is designed to reflect how clubs actually recruit today, whether that means deep dives on individual targets or broad market coverage across entire competitions.

ReSpo.Vision is pioneering AI-powered tracking and analytics solutions across professional football. The company is FIFA Basic certified for data quality and works with leading federations, leagues, and clubs worldwide, including CONCACAF, KNVB and CONMEBOL. Its technology turns standard match video into high-quality tracking data, analytics, and 3D visuals without the need for wearables or in-stadium installations.

The launch comes as recruitment departments face increasing pressure to align sporting ambition with financial sustainability. As transfer fees rise and squad availability becomes a competitive differentiator, clubs are looking for objective ways to de-risk signings and manage players as long-term assets. ReSpo.Recruit is positioned to support that shift by making elite tracking data accessible, scalable, and directly usable within modern recruitment workflows.
